Part of a multi phase project, No.1 Forbury Place is a landmark commercial development spanning 17,300m2 in the centre of Reading. With a budget of £38m, this project was no small task for award winning firm Aukett Swanke.

Eco Friendly Tiles delivered super-thin, large format flooring and skirting solutions with bespoke slip ratings for both office and bathroom flooring plus additional wall tiles. The sophisticated colour palette of deep charcoal, concrete grey and creamy white tiles from our Shannon Range feature 30 – 40% recycled material, omit zero volatile organic compounds, and were a natural choice for a building designed to reach a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

This exciting building is eventually to be joined by No. 2 Forbury Place again by Aukett Swanke and Galliford Try.
